Slow, laggy, even on high-end phones. Takes multiple instances to try and open. Once opened, it works well. It should offer internet access to its own portal without having to pay, so that the customers may be able to recharge their Hala or activate an offer without having to hunt for a wifi or ask for advanced credit.

it's too frustrating to login to the account. most of the time it's showing out of service. I'm trying to login since 3 days but still I can't login OTP is always showing incorrect even though the OTP is auto catch up by the phone or entered by itself. it's always incorrect. pls fix it or ask simply to the customer to change to the other network

Worst experience ever and i will never use ooredoo Sim anymore. since i bought the sim, I'm not able to update primary contact information. when I try to update it, it sends me OTP but doesn't accept the OTP saying "The OTP number you have entered is expired. please request a new one". I've tried more than 100 times but every time it shows same. and now I'm going to uninstall the ooredoo app and also going to throw the sim card after finishing my remaining balance. thank you for the bad services
