Honestly the biggest downgrade ever. Not an intuitive app at ALL. It's so hard trying to find things on this app compared to the previous one. Even the UI/UX. Also it's not processing my "Trust this device" request. Like how am I supposed to transfer stuff? I miss the breakdown of things I spent on etc. Where the color? Living being a beige wife was not on my wishlist.

Terrible app that does not work. You go around in circles with the call center and Whatsapp, I deposited money into the account to open but now have no access to it, even trying to close the account seems impossible because you go around in circles, call center says you have to email, email response says you have to call. Yet they keep charging a subscription fee. This has been going on for weeks. Every week they promise that the bugs will be fixed, just wait 3 days and then re-install the app..

terrible fraud app. terrible service everything on this is online only. and they change what they are saying all the time. when I tried to cancel my account they gave me a special offer to make my account zero balance. but they won't let me close the account. i kept messaging the customer service and they said they will close my account. but they never closed it. now I have 200+ negative balance on my account and I am not even in UAE. they won't show this in your account statement.
