My friend told me about this app and its services (I stopped using Orange due to its overly expensive bundles on a normal dial), but this app gave good data deals and so I started using Orange network again. After a while of bliss, it started logging me out and I'd have to log back in (I ignored that). That friend of mine complained of not being able to log back in (till date, which means it's not just "A bug"), now same thing's happening to me. Disappointing!! Got to uninstall 💔

In 2025, it is unacceptable for a client to be unable to sign up or sign into the app. Says ' a problem has occurred please try again later. Don't even let me comment on the fact that, with an orange sim, the app cannot be accessed without a paid mobile subscription. Edit: yet again, the app cannot be accessed. They say they are having difficulties and they're trying to fix it.

I was quite excited to discover the new features of the updated app, but I was very disappointed because it doesn't change much from the previous version and I am still unable to check and track my active subscriptions like the pulse bundles because it doesn't display on the app. And the app is a little glitchy when it concerns the translations, when switching from French to English some sections of the app still remain in French.Tabs like my space are still in French even when I switch it to EN
