I've been with Mission Federal for 20+ years now and as a banking service, they're great. However, this rating is for the app, not the bank. For years the app worked great and I never had issues. But lately it's become really unreliable. Half the time I try to log in I get some internal error message. I don't know what they changed but they need to go back to the way the app was before.

ive never really had an issue with the app until recently. for some reason the 2 step authentication won't sent the text even though it says it was sent successfully and I try re send over and over and never get it. it usually works even if sometimes I have to send again but lately I cant get it to actually send code so I can't access the account. Hopefully this doesn't continue i loved the app until this happened

The down time on this app is ridiculous. There is frequently an error "An internal error occurred. Please try again" when the app opens. Another one happens when I try to log in "Oops something went wrong. Please try your request again. If you continue to experience problems contact customer care. ". App availability should be better.
