with the update installed today, banking won't load at all. And biometrics wont work, and I'm being forced to use a password EVERY. TIME. Using the website as an alternative is useless if I can't see all of my accounts. Legitimately getting annoyed with the consistent issues in the past months.

Signing in suddenly an issue. I go through biometrics to login I'm shown a forgot password page. I try login with password, which yep I don't know because I haven't needed it in forever because login usually works fine with biometrics, get an SMS code to login, just see a white screen and a loading wheel. This is extremely frustrating, I haven't been able to get into my banking for about a week now.

New look and feel of the app adds complications and extra unnecessary clicks. For example 1. App does not open to your accounts, you need to click again to get to accounts. It used to direct straight to your accounts 2. Looking at transactions only show the last few weeks of transactions. You need to click search to see all transactions. It used to have a "show more" button 99% of the time, people are looking at their accounts When looking at transactions, why not just have a show more button
