The old app was threadbare, but functional. The new app needs a bit of work. Example: if you have more than a few linked accounts, there's no way to sort the most important ones to the top. How about letting the user mark some accounts as favorites, or allowing some to be hidden? Also, there are way too many things that pop up when you touch something. Very annoying. Please keep working, and make it better. Newer is not always better. Update 3/2025: The app is still a piece of hot garbage.

This app is trash. I was forced to download it and there are some glaring issues that it has. To begin, the connectivity and integration into other apps is terrible. All of my financial tracking apps that I had connected to here via plaid, are unable to gain access or verify deposits. Secondly, the app is ridiculously slow and it freezes and boots me out often. Thirdly, it no longer has a section where I can see what the routing number is. The old app worked better.

I had to fix my log in problems by going to an in person cccu location and that fixed my login problems. The app itself looks way more simple than the last app and feels like it missing a couple of easy access actions compared to the old app. A big one action that i can't seem to find due to the simplified look is the fico credit score.
