The app has worked great for me, can't think of any issues I have encountered. It is easy to open new CDs or other savings accounts within the app, track transactions, move money between accounts, etc. The email notifications are the biggest weakness. In the old app and system when you setup email notifications for deposits or withdraws, the email included the amount, payee/payer, date, etc. about the transaction. Under the new system it no longer gives that info, making them useless to me.

It is way too busy and hard on the eyes. I am looking at my transactions so much longer than I should be. In oder to see what the transaction was for I have to click into something eles. There is way too much going on. Love the effor that Kemba wants to get up to date with banking apps but the color scheme was a bad choice and the viewing of the transactions is very hard on the eyes.

I have tried and tried to enroll using the correct information and nothing, now too many attempts so I am locked out of my own account so I cannot do any banking. And you would think they would have a helpdesk to help after hours like all banks do especially after a new rollout, but no, you must call during business hours. I have never heard of a company updating their app and losing all login information. Horrible!!!
