I'm another user frustrated with the app glitches and how Ramsey actually expects people to replace their fully-featured podcast apps with whatever you call this to listen to the full episodes of their shows. I'm also disappointed that most of the responses here are to email in with issues for 1-on-1 help when that won't solve said issues. Several people are saying the same things - just fix and improve the app and most of us won't need to email your help desk! I'll most likely be uninstalling.

The episodes frequently cut off early. The app exclusive button also doesn't work well. You end up relistening to a call or two whenever you come into the app from listening to it elsewhere. The last hour should just return to Spotify and youtube if the app won't work well. Especially since they have had 5 months to sort out the issues.

I look up to the Dave Ramsey, show, and books but your app and not being able to get to sign in is horrible. My phone is my personal phone, and I keep getting a message that it is blocked by organization policy. I use MFA apps on my phone so I cannot be hacked so easily. Not being able to download audio books I paid for to listen to, and only way is to be on my phone is horrible. Today's technology should allow me to download my books and listen to them on any device I choose. APP is No Go
