The biometric authentication system in GPay doesn't work properly. Fingerprint recognition either fails frequently or doesn’t respond at all, making it hard to complete payments smoothly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible—this is critical for security and user experience. Using the app should be seamless, especially for daily transactions.

Google Pay has reliable services, but it comes with major drawbacks. It charges a 1% platform fee for bill payments with a credit card, even when using UPI. There’s no option to change the email address, which is frustrating. Additionally, the fee makes it less appealing for frequent transactions compared to other apps. Google Pay was once the best, but these issues seriously affect the user experience. Hope they improve!

Whenever this app get any update it just stops working. always ask for verification. always asks for permission. etc etc. Really it's very annoying while you are in hurry , you open Gpay clicked for Scan and it started asking for permission and after allowing, you suddenly get to know that this app detected a new SIM card even you haven't turned off your device. Now All the process has to be done again.
